Submit an Open Role!

Take a look at the guidelines below before submitting!

  • The roles you submit should be in CX (Support, Success, Service, etc), Trust & Safety, Community, and anything else you’d consider user operations.

  • Feel free to share every level of role you have! This list isn’t just for folks in manager or leadership roles. Many folks are looking for individual contributor roles in CX because that’s what they prefer!

  • Be mindful of the shared compensations. I may not share the role if I feel they’re inappropriate, especially for the location. For example, $100k for a director-level role in NYC.

  • While we’d prefer to see primarily remote roles, we know that not every position or company can accommodate that. Most folks looking at this list are in North America, so if your jobs are international, it’d be great if they were remote!

  • I share these roles every Friday - please ensure you share your role with enough time for job seekers to see it before you close the opening.
