Out of college, I've exclusively worked at growth-stage start-ups, either as an IC on a high-functioning team or as a leader, building the team and operations needed to support a highly engaged, fast-growing customer or user base.
I love implementing automation and Generative AI Chatbots for support teams, but I'm very opinionated about the tools to do it with and what to use it for.
